If a life in Ireland is on the cards for you, then it's probably a good idea to familiarize yourself with the country as best you can before you move here. There are many ways to do that, and staying abreast of the daily news in Ireland via various online media sources is definitely one of them. Below you'll find an introductory list of media outlets to read/follow/listen to etc. There are plenty more, especially at a local level, so be sure to 'Google' your desired location in Ireland along with a keyword such as 'newspaper' 'local news' or 'radio station'. Unfortunately, some of the content, especially that from TV stations, may not be available everywhere worldwide due to licensing restrictions.
