Oh I see. I didn't realize that it meant you had to go in person. I wonder could you a pay a personal assistant service to go do it in advance. If you want the stuff immediately that is. If you had a list ready, maybe that wouldn't be too costly. You'd still have the issue of getting them the money to pay for the stuff though. Maybe a call to such a company might give some insight....

I'll look into that and see what I can find. Yes, April! We are very excited. Reality is it could be May but we are shooting for April.
