If you are a US retiree living or thinking of living in Ireland under Stamp 0, please know that these negotiations between the US and Ireland on visas for Irish workers may hurt US retirees. Ireland has been planning to institute quotas and age restrictions as well as other new rules that, if implemented, will make it more difficult for Americans and others to move to Ireland. I worry that elected officials in the US are not aware of this problem.
Does everyone know that INIS is planning to institute quotas and age restrictions for non-EEA retirees plus proof of a "connection to Ireland"?
