Hey all, I'm trying to get some advice on moving to Ireland, my husband holds Australian/German/British citizenship and while ideally UK is our first choice we have had some issues and are looking at Ireland as a second choice so I'm just wanting different opinions on moving to Ireland but I'm very it very difficult to get much information, so I want the good/bad advice and why it was good/bad I'm specifically after advice on the following.
My husband is a radiographer is there enough work for someone in that field and what would the working conditions be like?
We have a 15 high functioning Aspergers child he does not need special school just a school that would be a good fit for him as he has aspirations of getting into engineering, what are the high schools like?
How hard is it to rent in Ireland, what would a real estate be looking for and is there any websites that link you directly to landlords? Also how much in advance would they need for a deposit?
And what is the health system like over there?
Hi Briohny, and welcome!
I don't know much about radiography but I suggest looking on the HSE website for related jobs. I searched for 'radiographer' and a few popped up. Link here http://www.hse.ie/eng/staff/Jobs/Job_Search/
High schools throughout Ireland are generally pretty good. I would suggest reading the following for ratings, etc.

I hope this helps

For landlords check out the rental sections of sites such as myhome.ie and daft.ie. You can get in touch with the letting agency through those sites.
