Hello all,
My American wife will be moving to Ireland in the coming months, when she arrives and gets the 90 day stamp, can she leave & return during this period while her application is being processed.

George - I am going to assume you are Irish?
If so, then once you attend in person at a GNIB office, your wife should have her approval soon after if everything is in order. I suggest reading what others have described here (from Cfin, Mairead, Kate, Kelsey). It should add some clarity to the process.
